Bob was a great salesman......from the first conversation with my husband, to the ending transaction, there was no pressure! The general manager was just as nice and gave us a good deal. He was patient and explained all the warranty and financial stuff. Overall it was a great experience. We will even give the service department a try, even though it would be an extra fifteen minutes away. Always happy with my Hondas! Only wish there was a policy for masks for all! More

Unfortunately, I was without my 2020 Honda Pilot for two weeks. This was not the fault of Shottenkirk Honda. This was due to Honda America’s unwillingness to quickly help and support their customers. Ther weeks. This was not the fault of Shottenkirk Honda. This was due to Honda America’s unwillingness to quickly help and support their customers. There are many known issues with the 2020 Honda pilots and they are making it difficult on their dealerships and customers when it comes to getting help. To have a brand new $40,000 car in the shop for two weeks is insane. Shottenkirk Honda did everything in their power to make it right and I appreciate them and Eric very much! More
