Over the years, I've never been pressured, rushed, or hassled. I've been buying cars for over 40 years now and I am generally very dealer loyal. Bob Corley is second-to-none and Angie Angel is easily the top service writer I've ever worked with. These folks are the reason I keep going back. And Honda makes a great product! I cannot give a higher rating. What should have bee repaired in one visit took two trips and four and half additional hours. This was even more disappointing in that when the appointment was made the i repaired in one visit took two trips and four and half additional hours. This was even more disappointing in that when the appointment was made the issue with lightning was clearly made known. This was a known problem with my car as one light had already been replaced and Honda had extended the warranty on these lights. The fact that the customer is not believed on something that is both known to the service department and is quite obvious to identify is very disappointing. On a positive note the people are friendly. More
