My service experience at Shottenkirk Honda is always positive, and I actually enjoy taking my vehicle in. Every time I pull into the service dock, a friendly and attentive service writer greets me promp positive, and I actually enjoy taking my vehicle in. Every time I pull into the service dock, a friendly and attentive service writer greets me promptly. Since I usually go eat lunch while I get service done, the service writers phone me with the results of the preliminary overall check and any recommended services, and if I decline a service, they never argue. When I get back to the dealership, the waiting room's chairs are comfortable and sufficiently separated, and the room's tall, spotless windows give me an opportunity to bask in the sun yet remain comfortably cool inside. The vehicle service itself is always done well and efficiently, and once the service has been done, it's easy to pay and collect my vehicle. The whole experience is always smooth and pleasant. More

Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the sales "process" was way too time consuming. I had already selected the vehicle and almost finalized the deal by email before arriving. It took what seeme "process" was way too time consuming. I had already selected the vehicle and almost finalized the deal by email before arriving. It took what seemed like an extraordinary amount of time to get from completing the agreement to getting to the finance dept. to complete the paperwork. At least 2 hours of down time waiting and this was a cash deal so there was no waiting for credit checks, financing, etc. Otherwise, no complaints. Everyone was very polite, professional & easy to work with. The "process" just needs to be seriously reviewed & streamlined. Would definitely recommend to friends & family. More
