I had to bring my car back to the dealership 2 days after a routine oil change on a brand new car because we found oil spots in the garage. Very disappointed. They did make it right and explained how it happened. It was merely just excess oil that had collected on the frame, I believe from over filling. It was not because of anything major like a loose bolt on the oil pan thankfully. Just hated I had to call in late to work for what I thought was an oil leak. More

Great experience with salesman, but the pressure on the back end of the deal is very annoying. Not everyone wants to be pressured into a extended warranty. Perhaps this could be reviewed. What a great car buying experience! Found the car I wanted online, made the short drive up to Cartersville, and was greeted by Jimmy. Kept in contact with us throughout the whole process of us looking for a new vehicle. We could contact him at anytime and expect a timely response from him, on or off the clock. We came here on 2 different occasions because we were so pleased with Alex’s customer service and the overall friendly environment and excellent service provided to us. We did end up buying a car from a different dealership but only because unfortunately they didn’t have what we were looking for in their inventory at the time. We would have loved to have done business here but unfortunately the timing didn’t line up. But will definitely come back here if we are ever in the market for a new vehicle in the future.
