Trouble shooting problems. Upon entering service center, Iexplained my problem and noted that I recieved a letter in the mail with a 15% off labor, and a clean car deal. After paying I had asked in the 15% was taken off, reply was no. That was taken care of. Cleaning of the veh. was not, I did not bring this to the attention of the service writer but will if I continue to use Shottenkirk Honda as a service provider.
