I bought my car on June 30th 2020.2 days ago on July 9th I bought my car on June 30th 2020. 2 days ago on July 9th , I repaired my car 2016 honda accord sport because of vibration while breaking above speed I bought my car on June 30th 2020. 2 days ago on July 9th , I repaired my car 2016 honda accord sport because of vibration while breaking above speed 40mph. They repaired my car for free of cost, I asked to check if there are any other issues and they said everything is fine we checked everything. I came home, i didn't use my car for a day and today (July 11) when I tried to start my car, it's not starting, I believe battery is dead. I called Shottenkirk Honda, Cartersville and explained my situation, they asked can you come to dealership on Monday ,we're closing in 15 minutes. And they told me to call Roadside assistance. I've been trying to call Roadside assistance since 1 hour but they've been transferring me to another department because as per their records my Roadside assistance is expired in 2019 as my car has more than 36000 miles on it. But my car certified honda, and i believe certified honda provides free Roadside assistance. Is this the professionalism? It's just 10 days of buying certified honda car and already struggling with the car. More

She operates like a "mother" with a touch of professionalism - lol. They (the team at the service center) work seamlessly to deliver an awesome result. The one and only time i tried sales was through Eric who thought i could get a change of car through a good bargain. He introduced me to Alex. But I was asked to bring an "arm and leg" even after i made a deposit and was going to trade-in my car. I got frustrated and walked out of the transaction. Alex tried his best but it wasn't his call or place to make the decision. It was a management thing...i guess. Kudos to the service center team! More
