I had an Excellent service visit. Everything went very smoothly and the process went very quickly. The service staff was very friendly and helpful. Not so special treatment I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I also requested the complimentary car wash. Truck was promised to be ready in 90 minutes. Truck was ready in90 minutes but it wasn’t washed. Really??? While driving home I noticed the tire pressure reading was different for all 4 tires so I called service and was told it would “level off” after a few miles. Well that never happened. A few days later I discovered air leaking from the passenger side front tire. I had to take it to a local shop where they pulled a plastic piece that worked its way into the tire. This may or may not of happened in your shop but it is very possible. I drove 35 miles to your dealership for this aggravation and I don’t think I will be doing it again. More
