I wish to let you know how appreciative I am for my recent service experience with Emily. My 2016 Accord failed to crank over and needed to be towed to your facility. This was the second time this happ recent service experience with Emily. My 2016 Accord failed to crank over and needed to be towed to your facility. This was the second time this happened in one week-(first failure occurred near Curry Honda and they thought it was the battery-replaced it but that didn’t cure the problem). You had my car for a week. Your techs tried everything to find the cause but were unsuccessful. To be honest I was giving up hope but Emily reassured me that she was going to get to the solution and she did! Emily kept me well informed and I believe went beyond what is expected; she is very professional and an valuable member of your service team! Relatively quick service at a reasonable price. A recall was completed at the same time as routine maintenance.
