My interactions with Mr. Welch were excellent. He listened to what I wanted to buy and why, did what he said he would do, represent the vehicle well and worked both sides of the transaction to close the deal. Finally, he looked the part; clean cut and well dressed with a coat and tie which was once was the standard in the business world. More

Oil change The window shade clip was broken , so I called and ordered a new one to replace at the time of the oil change. The whole staff is very friendly and aim to please. !! More
