The work done was professional and the staff is always amazing. I was just a little frustrated with the wait time. I had an appointment at 9am for an oil change, tire rotation and recall software upgrad amazing. I was just a little frustrated with the wait time. I had an appointment at 9am for an oil change, tire rotation and recall software upgrade that per Honda should have taken 15 minutes. But all the work took 2 hours. Not the Service Managers fault but a little frustrating. More

A waste of time! Every time I go in to service my car and I ask for something specific such as an oil change and tire rotation I also get extra stuff on my bill. If they realized that something needs to be fixed or cleaned then should call you before doing it. Last time I got my car serviced I asked for only a oil change and tire rotation. They did 3 other services and my bill came out to over $300 because they performed services that I didn’t ask for. On top of that I was supposed to be returning the car in a few days. So why do all this fixing and make me pay for services for a car that I’m giving back. So unreasonable! After my lease is up for this car I will not be returning to do business with them. More
I prefer Honda parts on my Accord Touring, which is why I come to the dealership. When I made my appointment, I indicated I needed new rotors. About 2 hours after I arrived, I was told they would have to ord come to the dealership. When I made my appointment, I indicated I needed new rotors. About 2 hours after I arrived, I was told they would have to order the Honda rotors and they wouldn't arrive until the next day. Since I had taken the day off work to have my brakes done, I couldn't come back the next day. The alternative was a non-Honda brand that costed more, so that's what I settled for. I know for next time that making an appointment ahead of time is not enough. I need to talk to a live person to make sure what I need is in stock. Imagine paying more for the non-Honda brand. hong kong phooey! Jordan Waters was excellent, though! More
