I had a pre scheduled reservation to repair a tire . I was there for about 2 hrs which I thought was excessive . When I arrived home which is approx 20 miles I noticed they forgot to reinstall the valve I was there for about 2 hrs which I thought was excessive . When I arrived home which is approx 20 miles I noticed they forgot to reinstall the valve stem cap . I wouldn’t normally drive that far for a simple tire repair but it’s a brand new car under warranty . I understand you may have gotten super busy by the time I arrived but can’t get over the missing parts . Very disappointed . I hope to get better results in the future but if not, there is another dealer ship in my area . Sincerely, Paul M. More
