Great service. Tori got us a loaner car, called us when the issue was duplicated and diagnosed, gave us the date work would be completed, and indeed, it was completed on time. (Note, the instrument panel w the issue was duplicated and diagnosed, gave us the date work would be completed, and indeed, it was completed on time. (Note, the instrument panel wiring harness had to be replaced on our new 2020 Pilot Touring due to loud cracking and popping noises and for screens going blank while driving. Then, Gavin came over and redid the new car delivery checklist for us to reset all our settings. More
