Nobody was willing to help me when I pulled in or went inside. They kept looking at me but would not talk to me. Check everything before you leave. Hit pothole and damaged tire. Donut tire on car. Requested service to repair tire and replace. Told tire damaged too bad and needed new one. When leaving I asked if all the tire changing tools were put back properly. I was assured they were. They were not. Donut placed in reservoir, not secured. Tray laying on top of cover with tools askew. I secured donut , placed tools in proper place in tray ,and placed all back under cover before I left dealership. Not a big thing but to a 75 yo woman it is. I expected better. More
