Air conditioner repair My air conditioner on my 8 year old CRV went out on Saturday. I was able to get the car in on Monday to see what the problem was. I had the problem My air conditioner on my 8 year old CRV went out on Saturday. I was able to get the car in on Monday to see what the problem was. I had the problem diagnosed and was able to get the car in in 2 days for repair. They offered to do it the next day, which I couldn't do because of work schedule. They took me to work on Wednesday and completed the repair by noon. I picked my car up and the cool air is great. Forrest was fantastic in making this happen. He seems to really care and make repairs work into my schedule. I almost got an outside mechanic to do the work. No one could do it so quickly. I'm single and cannot leave my car for any length of time. I love this service department! The cost is competitive. More

Exceptional treatment While traveling to Madison, we began hearing a fairly loud humming sound coming from our CRV. Jerry Damson Honda had well over a hundred customers who were satisfied enough to take the time to write a review so we called their service department for an appointment. We were not disappointed, Ethan Hamilton and the service crew handled our situation with fantastic professionalism. They drove our vehicle to try and help identify the noise, then checked everything over and determined it was safe to drive. When we picked up our car it had even been washed! This was unbelievable! They definitely get a five star rating from us! More
