Haven't had much interaction however felt as though first attempt to get resolution for issues was not being addressed professionally. Basically told by Mr. Antonio Fernandez I was lying about wheel lock ke attempt to get resolution for issues was not being addressed professionally. Basically told by Mr. Antonio Fernandez I was lying about wheel lock key not being in vehicle when purchased. He would not call me back; I had to constantly call him. The service department was great. Mario was my service advisor and he was absolutely amazing. He was very attentive and explained everything that needed to be done with my vehicle.
