My advisor wasn’t very helpful and they were rude and unfriendly. After I picked up my car, I reached out to address a couple of issues and they never replied back. They also left items inside of my car, unfriendly. After I picked up my car, I reached out to address a couple of issues and they never replied back. They also left items inside of my car, on my seat which made me upset since I take care of my car and the item was visibly dirty. I am unsure if they even completed the service I brought my car in for, so now I have to take time out of my schedule to take my car to a different location to get it looked at again. Overall the experience wasn’t great, especially compared to my previous experiences at other toyotas. More

I was given a lemon that needs work, purchased the car and the same day I couldn't turn it off. Took it back to the dealership and they kept it for 4 days. Now my brakes are squeezing and they claim to ha and the same day I couldn't turn it off. Took it back to the dealership and they kept it for 4 days. Now my brakes are squeezing and they claim to have fixed it but they didn't ! I wouldn't recommend buying here ! More
