People are friendly. Just had two appointments so far and service wise they seem good. The issue I have is every time I have gone there I have had an appointment and it takes well over an hour to get the most basic service done. First time was an hour and fifteen minutes for a tire rotation. Second was for an oil change and it took just over an hour and a half. Don’t know if they are over booking or just trying to get people to linger and buy cars but it’s a frustrating place to get service done. Would almost rather not use the Toyota care and pay for an oil change that will take 15 minutes. More

I originally got my car from this location so when I was having issues with it, I took it to y’all. Unfortunately, they were unable to find what was wrong with my vehicle & still made me pay a diagnostic fe having issues with it, I took it to y’all.
