I heard a noise under my Toyota which turned out to be a loose plastic splash guard dragging on the pavement. Without an appointment and on a Saturday, I drove straight to the Shottenkirk service department loose plastic splash guard dragging on the pavement. Without an appointment and on a Saturday, I drove straight to the Shottenkirk service department - which was packed with customers. In less than one hour, they reattached the plastic guard - and did not even charge me! I was so pleased and surprised. THANK YOU FOR GREAT SERVICE - I will definitely be back! More
