I had my oil changed at this facility and they forgot to replace the Phil cap when they were done. I caught this approximately a week later return to the dealership and pointed that out to the same service replace the Phil cap when they were done. She took the vehicle back to the technician that had provided the oil change that same time and he stated that he had forgotten to put it on, but did not advise anybody of the mistake nor owned the mistake he had made. The cap was replaced the vehicle versus returned to me with oily handprints on the fender, for he obviously had leaned over to examine where he had forgotten to put the fill cap returning the vehicle with me with two clear handprints on the fender, oily black was a testimony to the attention of detail that they currently possess at this facility. This is very disappointing. I asked the service technician to ensure that these notes were added into my field under my file for all the service that I’ve done. This was by far the worst. More
