Robert has always had phenomenal customer service. My Highlander had a delayed start and I panicked and rushed there. Don’t take there word when they say they inspect the vehicle they sell I bought one 4 days later I’m replacing brakes rotors and shocks to make it safe for my son to drive yes it was a used vehicle but vehicle they sell I bought one 4 days later I’m replacing brakes rotors and shocks to make it safe for my son to drive yes it was a used vehicle but I took there word that they inspected it is a 2021 bmw that was not cheap in the 21,000 mark before all the add ons I spoke with them and got no were other than bring it back which is 5 1/2 hours away and it’s unsafe to drive was told I’m not gonna replace any rotors over the phone so what would be the point of me driving 5 1/2 hours for nothing didn’t make sense. I provided them with a inspection report and pictures from a reputable brake and tire shop with over 100+ stores. It was told they’re just trying to upsell. I think the pictures speak for itself. Just very disappointed that businesses like this don’t stand behind what they sell More
