Manny was very nice. My problem today was with the service department repairing a tire. Had a nail in right rear tire and had to put spare on to bring it to dealership. Went to work in Granbury and when arriving in Granbury, tire pressure light was on again. Went to Discount Tire in Granbury and they advised that the tire had hole in sidewall and was not repairable. It appeared that tire was just aired up, not repaired. Had to buy new tire. Just purchased 4 new tires from Shottenkirk about 3 month ago. More

I’ve been using the Toyota service department for almost 10 years now, and they’ve consistently taken great care of us and our vehicles. I first worked with Sherry until her retirement. Since then, Robert h 10 years now, and they’ve consistently taken great care of us and our vehicles. I first worked with Sherry until her retirement. Since then, Robert has been my go-to. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, always helpful, and takes the time to walk me through every detail. I ask a lot of questions, and he never rushes me.
