I purchased my 2018 Toyota Tundra here back when it was still Jerry’s, and I’ve continued to bring it back for all of my service needs ever s Toyota. I purchased my 2018 Toyota Tundra here back when it was still Jerry’s, and I’ve continued to bring it back for all of my service needs ever since. I’ve always had a good experience at Shottenkirk Toyota. I bought my 2018 Toyota Tundra here back when it was still Jerry’s, and I’ve had all my service done here ever since. I’ve been in many times over the years, and the staff has always treated me well. Everyone is friendly and easy to work with. Most recently, I needed help getting my rear locking lug nuts off. They were on way too tight for me to remove myself, and I didn’t want to break anything. I stopped in and asked if they could take them off and replace them with regular lug nuts. They took care of it right away. While I waited, I sat in the lounge, which is really comfortable, and grabbed a coffee from their awesome coffee machine. The service was free, everyone was friendly, and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I know there have been some bad reviews in the past, but that hasn’t been my experience at all. Shottenkirk Toyota has always treated me right, and I’d definitely recommend them. More
