I really like this dealership! Everyone is so friendly and professional. The service department is efficient and I never have to wait for too long. My only gripe about this locatio Everyone is so friendly and professional. The service department is efficient and I never have to wait for too long. My only gripe about this location is that I need to have an electrical issue troubleshot but they can’t provide a loaner. Not many people can afford to leave their vehicle for days on end just for troubleshooting. That’s not including the time to repair it. Again, my only complaint. More

The service is always great and quick and this is my 3rd time working with Mike Pfender and he always answers any questions I have and just makes the whole process so smooth and easy. He told me my service time working with Mike Pfender and he always answers any questions I have and just makes the whole process so smooth and easy. He told me my service would take no more than 30 minutes and he had me out in 16 minutes and had the car washed! I will always be coming back to Shottenkirk Toyota and ask for Mike Pfender. More
