I found a pickup truck I was interested in on their website and then drove 50 miles to get it. Once at the table to close the deal, I noticed the sales manager added almost 5000 dollars to the price ad website and then drove 50 miles to get it. I then asked for clarification and the answer was: "there is the protect packet plan + the service maintenance." I told them that it was not the price advertised and I was not interested by any additional products or services. Greg, the sale representative did a really great job and we were at 1 hair to close the deal. The sales manager, Daniel Fletcher was just rude and tried to force me to buy additional services. He looked on internet and saw the same price I saw but did not want to admit it. It was just a terrible experience and unfortunately a lost of trust. I do not recommend that dealership. More
