Went in for some warranty work; got that done but now the back hatch on our 2018 4runner isn't opening. I bought my vehicle from Shottenkirk's and 5 services cam with the purchase. First service I was guaranteed a tire rotation with the oil change. I asked specifically if my tires would be rotated and again g with the purchase. First service I was guaranteed a tire rotation with the oil change. I asked specifically if my tires would be rotated and again guaranteed. When I received my vehicle the tires were not rotated. Second service the same thing was set up with an oil change and tire rotation, but this time I needed them to check one of my tires for a slow leak. They did rotate my tires this time, guaranteed they fixed my tire and put a patch in it. GUARANTEED they put a patch in it. The next day it was still leaking so I took it to Discount Tires Weatherford and I asked them if a patch had been placed in the tire and they said there were no patches in the tire, but there was a piece of metal. Thank you Shottenkirk for being able to GUARANTEE your service dept is not only lazy, but seem to enjoy lying about their work. More
