I have purchased at least 3 vehicles and have followed through with all service from Shottenkirk Toyota in Quincy. This last time that I took my car to have a new sun visor on the drivers side. I agreed t through with all service from Shottenkirk Toyota in Quincy. This last time that I took my car to have a new sun visor on the drivers side. I agreed to have additional service that was offered. When I picked my car up, the clock was reset to daylight time, the blue tooth connection to my cell phone was turned off, and auto headlights was off, and the light was dimmed on the speedometer screen. I was perplexed that all of my settings had to be reset because Shottenkirk's service personnel had set them different from what they were when I brought the car in. Totally unacceptable. More
The staff individual at the end had a terrible attitude and was rude to me my son and my parents. 3 % charge if you use a credit card is a no go for me. I stopped carrying a checkbook 20 years ago and don’t plan on starting again to save the 3 %. I will shop around and go elsewhere in the future. Jordan was the one who worked on my sons truck and he was amazing ! The service manager is a joke and so isn’t one of his other staff members her name is Candy . She was rude and talked bad about me to other amazing ! The service manager is a joke and so isn’t one of his other staff members her name is Candy . She was rude and talked bad about me to others and it got back to me . She thought it would be funny to push my sons work back because I mad her made which resulted in them having my sons truck over a month ! When I addressed this incident with the service manager he basically covered her xxx and told me he would check into it and never did nor did he get back to me . He couldn’t even wave the 100.00 deductible for a customer who was done wrong and who is battling Stage 4 cancer . I even called and left the service manager a message and he still did not return my call . I can guarantee you they will never get anymore business from us ! More
