The overall experience was not the best especially once you know you have been lied to on multiple occasions. First off when I was in the finance office Mark kept persisting for me to purchase an aftermark you know you have been lied to on multiple occasions. First off when I was in the finance office Mark kept persisting for me to purchase an aftermarket warranty which I repeatedly denied. Then I said doesn't it still has a powertrain warranty for like a year. He took his time to look it up and confirmed. That it has 8 months left so again he pushed the Aftermarket warranty again and I denied again. We'll come to find out the warranty is VOIDED by dodge because it has Aftermarket header as well as a TUNE done to it. So much for 125 point inspection, I guess it needs to be 126 inspection because how to you miss this and then lie saying the warranty is good. Also come to find out my motor mount is blown out not e en 2 weeks after the purchase. When I first test drove the car there were to key fobs on the chain and when I purchased it they only gave me one key. On the we owe form I was supposed to get a alignment and tire rotation but the car still has the same vibration and pull. So I'm pretty positive this was never preformed. When I walked out after signing papers and was handed the ONE key. I asked where the other key was and the sales man told me it would be mailed with my paperwork. I said thats weird but okay. Well got the paperwork but never received the key. I called and they said the never had a second key but there was 2 on the key chain when I test drove it. Then to top it off I was told the car would get washed and detailed. When I went outside the car was not washed and the car was still dirty on the i side. This ened up being the worst car deal I've ever done. Not I'm stuck paying for motor mounts and with a VOIDED warranty. I hope the team is happy they got me on all this. Very unfortunate there are shady businesses like this More
