Salesman is a typical greasy liar. Told me car was perfect. I drove 3.5 hrs one way only to find car had major damage. Complete waste of my time and money. My son had gone out to this place, 3 weeks ago, to look at another truck and I asked him to look at this vehicle for me. He was told at that time, that it had sold at auction just that morning. Stock # 135 at another truck and I asked him to look at this vehicle for me. He was told at that time, that it had sold at auction just that morning. Stock # 13500. I have still been looking at trucks and noticed that the truck was still listed. So I reached out and was told truck was there. So my husband and I drove out there and was told again that the truck had just sold this morning at auction. I was then later contacted via email and told that I was given wrong info. I was on the lot and no one greeted me. Eventually Test drove a couple to find out They were all were auction cars..... numerous problems... none were fixed either. Was shopping around for a truck and had a couple of places to go and look. Well our first stop was at Show Me Auto Mall and Dean our sales representative was on it to get what we were looking for at w places to go and look. Wow it didnt take long at all and we were COMPLETELY SATISFIED with what Dean was able to do for us. Left to go eat lunch and when we got back the paper work was ready. Thinking it would be another hour or 2 for paperwork we fell out of our chairs when they said all we have to do is sign everything and we were done, 15 minutes later we were driving our truck off the lot.
