For my first time buying a Car from a dealership it had it hiccups but not as I expected. First it's a dealership, so any of those things anyone hears about dealerships is some what truth. Like pushy salesmen or they put all those extra charges on the Vehicle but James Granger is at the very least a decent Salesmen and respectful individual. First of all he is a Salesmen but I never felt he pushed anything on me. He asked what I was looking for and brought the exact car from online. He did not push for me to buy or even push a newer vehicle on me. He worked with me and were I wanted my payments be. He got close as possible, so I happy about that. Nothing is perfect in this world, did I have my issues of course but the Vehicle is great for the mileage and year. James Granger is Salesmen and it's his Job to sell cars. He is just a person doing his job. I just say do your research, stick to your budget and also remember to say no and walk away, there are other Vehicles out there. But James Granger I was happy with the Vehicle how it was and I appreciate it. Thank you. More

I am having an awful experience with this dealership. They roped me into buying a truck that was different from the one I wanted in the first place, then reneged on their promises to fix some defects on They roped me into buying a truck that was different from the one I wanted in the first place, then reneged on their promises to fix some defects on the truck I ended up buying. So I have a truck with a non-functioning turn signal and some parts missing. On the multiple occasions I have contacted the sales rep manager, Steve Tucker, I get one or two word responses and then he does NOTHING to resolve the issues. I don't intend to ever use this place again. More
