Hi last april 15 th I brought 2019 odyssey. There is some issues on the new car then next day I was call them to inform them (agent roody & ali) they saying once purchase the car that's all you cannot return issues on the new car then next day I was call them to inform them (agent roody & ali) they saying once purchase the car that's all you cannot return the car or anything. I brought car high value of money they are not helping. Please customers don't go this place that's my suggestion Very bad customer service. If we go to Walmart we buy $10 worth of toys .if kids don't like it we return the item right. Why the car shop people don't do that. More

We sat down with the sales personnel and we came to a good agreement which we thought was fair Phil was a great help great customer service but I can’t say the same thing about the finance personnel when good agreement which we thought was fair Phil was a great help great customer service but I can’t say the same thing about the finance personnel when we started doing paper work the monthly payment went up on top of that they wanted to try to get into a 84 month payment. One thing I noticed after we where all done the price of the vehicle was not honored and was increased about 2 thousand. Fiancé person was Tyler. Could have been better experience More

I felt very pressured into buying a car TODAY even though I made it clear that was not what I was going to do. Isaiah kept pushing and pressuring me and I felt very uncomfortable and frustrated to the point I made it clear that was not what I was going to do. Charlie was a very helpful and upfront person! I was a first time buyer here and he walked me through everything. He was also very straightforward about what he was presenting and i appreciate that very m first time buyer here and he walked me through everything.
