Solid online communication on the initial purchase with the Sales department. Finance department was horrible. got a first time finance guy with no support from senior Finance professionals. Ended up less the Sales department. Finance department was horrible. got a first time finance guy with no support from senior Finance professionals. Ended up less than 4 months later with a LEMON. Service department was no help and sent to a sister dealership and total cost to repair was $6K. Not entirely service departments help but difference between sister company and other dealership was $125 for diagnostic. Sales and Finance department wouldn't even speak to me when car was picked up. Horrible dealership and support after purchase. Shop around or buyer beware. More

I bought a used Nissan Altima last month. I had to go back the next day to let them know the windshield wipers were destroyed. They replaced them, thankfully. A few weeks later, I noticed that the breaks back the next day to let them know the windshield wipers were destroyed. They replaced them, thankfully. A few weeks later, I noticed that the breaks were squeaking loudly & there was a broken piece on the sun visor so I took it back in thinking it would be no issue getting these issues resolved (seeing as I haven’t even had the car long enough to make a payment yet & im paying an extra $90 a month for the gold mpp warranty they offered.) They told me that although the breaks are squeaking, they are still safe therefore they aren’t covered under the warranty. They proceeded to tell me “What do you expect? You purchased a new car.” There was no compassion or understanding for my frustrations of having bought a car that has had issue after issue so soon (used or not) from what I thought was a trustworthy/respectable dealership. Im extremely disappointed in the lack of integrity displayed by these folks. I pray that I can get into contact with someone from Honda who does the right thing for their customers. More

Frustrated I purchased my Honda HRV in December 2017, the experience dragged on for hours. Then, I had to bring the car back days later as the camera was not wor I purchased my Honda HRV in December 2017, the experience dragged on for hours. Then, I had to bring the car back days later as the camera was not working properly, made an appointment, only to get there and find they had no record of this appointment. Thankfully they squeezed me in. I have since moved from AZ, and had to take the car in as there is something wrong in the electronics. This dealership cannot determine what is going on until I have the Rockledge Security system REMOVED from the car. Just wanted to share that if you are purchasing from Showcase, DO NOT get the security system as it will need to be removed before service can be done, if you have an electrical issue. Oh, and good luck finding someone who will remove it! More
