Best truck i never knew i wanted I went into Shults on a whim just because i was bored with my old truck. I test drove a few smaller half-ton trucks that didn’t really spark my interest, since I’ve owned diesels all my life. Jason spent pretty much half of a work week trying to find a truck that suited what “I thought I wanted”. Luckily, scrolling through the Jamestown inventory one day, I found the one. Within 45 minutes Jason had it on the way, fueled up, and ready for me to take it, even being the day before I traveled home to Missouri for Thanksgiving. Above exceptional customer service from the entire Shults group through the several days i was in the office. Even weeks after making my purchase, several employees have sent messages checking up on my new truck and just seeing how I’m doing in general. No matter where I’m at, Shults will always be my first choice in looking for a quality vehicle with even higher quality people to work with! More
