First, let me say that we appreciated the way we were treated. From Darrin the salesman, to Kevin the manager, to Mimi who did all the paperwork, we recieved the max. in respect. These people are cheats. They lie to solicit your friendship and your trust. They lied about their ability to change a contract, lied again when they gave a bogus reason for increasing sale price by friendship and your trust. They lied about their ability to change a contract, lied again when they gave a bogus reason for increasing sale price by over $15000, lied again when they agreed to cancel the sale and return the Explorer, lied again about the value of the replacement vehicle. They are still into me by about $12000. I asked for only $8000 refund and they ignore me. They have crafted the law to favor themselves and practically have license to steal. They even threatened to use the law at no cost to them to have me arrested, but I have to pay a lawyer to take them to court. The lawyer makes out and I'm still stuck with the loss. I was foolish enough to trust them to correct the contract I knew to be wrong and they knew I knew because I told them before I signed it they would have to fix it. This was an intentional scam conducted by trained specialists and they are good at manipulation and taking advantage of friendship and trust. I am 81 yrs old disabled Vet (Wounded Warrior) on fixed income and this has hurt me greatly because of the extreme stress of this situation created by crooked greedy business that wants your money but refuses to be honest or give you value for your money. I was looking for a used Chevy pickup for sometime and when I stopped into shults I was greeted by Darren. I told him I'm just browsing and he asked questions about what was I looking for. Darren was such a good salesman and he was not pushy at all like some sales people. I highly recommend shults and to see Darren! More
