Sierra's phone system, however, is absolutely abysmal. It was impossible to get through to a real human being, so when Tanya was on vacation, we had to drive to Sierra once to get updates on our new battery's ETA. The battery replacement went smoothly once it was received, and the loan car for the month was more than adequate. But I can't help but wish that the staff would have at least hosed off our car before it was returned; in its 4-year life, it had never gotten so dirty. Something to think about if Sierra has to keep a car for a month.... PaulshusD More
I was able to make an appointment on the Chevy app, and it was very easy to drop off my car for service. Joe was great to work with. The only hiccup was that when Joe called back in the afternoon when the car was ready, he told me they would be arranging an Uber to bring me back to get my car. That didn’t happen, and when I reached out to Joe via text to ask about it, I didn’t hear anything back. I was able to pick up the car that evening when my friend got back from work, so it was only a few hour delay, and only a minor inconvenience. Other than that, everything was fantastic. More
