Came to switch out my transmission oil on my civic. I’m not the best dressed, but Vince took care of me if I was family, talking to me as a person. At no point did Vince try to up sell me on any item l I’m not the best dressed, but Vince took care of me if I was family, talking to me as a person. At no point did Vince try to up sell me on any item like other dealerships do. “You came in for an oil change? Aww you need blinker fluid for 850.00 bucks right now”. That is something I really appreciated, and honestly, will keep me coming back. Vince is the man. More
