Sandy Perez was my service advisor who did an outstanding job because she went above and beyond for getting me back on the road swiftly and safely. She even verified my insurance coverage to get a loaner car job because she went above and beyond for getting me back on the road swiftly and safely. She even verified my insurance coverage to get a loaner car so that I could finish all the errands on the same day. She was very patient and had explained to me all of the maintenance services completed. Next, I'm scheduled for new tires and an alignment because she pointed out that the tires had signs of normal wear. At the same time, Anna had given me the the current value of the.car and two options to either buy or lease a new one. Service advisor Jaime Vega goes out of his way to take excellent care of our cars, is transparent and honest about which repairs are mos and repairs.
