A Seamless Process!! I had been interested in the 2018 Camry XSE since I first saw one months ago and thought this would be an awesome car to have, but I'm just not ready I had been interested in the 2018 Camry XSE since I first saw one months ago and thought this would be an awesome car to have, but I'm just not ready for another car payment right now. So we skip to months later and a PCS from the East Coast to AZ and we find ourselves attending the rodeo on FT Huachuca at the beginning of March. And what is also sitting on display at the rodeo, a 2018 Toyota Camry XSE in Wind Chill Pearl color! I said wow, this is a beautiful car, and honestly I did not think I would be taking ownership of this exact car less than 20-days later. I reached out to the dealership to inquire about the car and let them know that my only intention was to see it up close and take if for a drive, not to purchase it at this time. They said no problem, come on in and I did. Took the car for a drive with Marvin, loved it and said thank you for letting me drive it and I will let you know what I decide to do. There was absolutely no pressure put on by the dealer to keep me there to buy the car and I appreciate that! I then decided to see what they would give me for my trade and once that was complete I knew I couldn't pass up this opportunity. They crunched the numbers for me and let me know what I would be paying with my trade in and I again said thank you, I'll be in touch soon with a decision. I called Charlene back that night and scheduled an appointment to take delivery of the car! The purchasing process was one of the smoothest most seamless ones I have done in awhile! I appreciated the professionalism of Charlene and Marvin for not trying to hound or pressure me into purchasing a car that I might not have been ready to purchase. They simply answered all my questions and said just let us know if you have any additional question, we are here to help you. This reflects not only on them, but the dealership as a whole for having professional and courteous sales teams that also work great together at Sierra Toyota! Best car purchasing experience ever! I located a vehicle of interest on KBB sending my contact info to the dealership. I was contacted via email stating I would be contacted shortly. Within 30 minutes Julie called and set an appointment as I was leaving a competitive dealership. I was told the used vehicle was on display in the lot and had to be moved. When I arrived it was sitting right out front eliminating walking around the lot. Julie Ramirez was waiting, saw me drive in and was at my door by the time I placed my truck in park. We chatted for a moment then went for a test drive. After returning to the dealership Julie help negotiate a satisfactory deal to each of us then introduced Brian who completed the financial deal.
