Great experience - no pressure! Marvin was a great sales consultant. He did not pressure us to make a decision and allowed us to leave and think about the purchase. Had he not done that, he might have lost the sale. However, I do want to make some constructive comments from our experience: I was quite embarrassed for Marvin when two or three of the Avalons that we tried to take for a test drive would not start due to dead batteries. Although we knew it wasn't Marvin's responsibility, it doesn't reflect well on the dealership. It also tells me that the cars had been sitting for quite a while with no "interest" by buyers. Also, I was interested in possibly adding the tire/wheel protection plan to my purchase of a new car, but as soon as I was informed that we had to make the decision "on the spot," my decision was a quick no. Had I had some time, maybe a few days, I think I may have purchased that plan. Toyota may want to rethink their "buy now or never" policy on that. More
