Best Car Buying Experience First, let me start by saying that Marvin Morris was recommended to us by a friend who does not recommend anyone lightly. As we had just had a nightmare of a car buying experience at another local dealership two months earlier, we were wary but open to the opportunity with Sierra Toyota based on the recommendation alone. Marvin did not disappoint! I took my boys with me without my husband, and he treated me with respect and polite professionalism. He never talked down to me (as has happened before when dealing with cars), and answered all my questions with real, well, answers. Big kudos! He also engaged the boys (19 and 6) as people and not nuisances (which, given the bazillion questions the younger kid asked, is phenomenal!). He impressed us further, when I returned a couple days later with my husband. Marvin was great about keeping us informed about where we were in the process, providing data on all options for both cars we were considering, and kept us hydrated and engaged in what is never a fast process. I appreciated greatly that he went over the manuals, too! No one has ever done that before! They kind of just give them to you. So yay! They were able to meet the financial requirements we had for the sale, and we left with a great new car! We would definitely recommend this team to any friends looking to buy a new car! (Alternately, though not our personal experience, when I asked my friends about Sierra Toyota, everyone had only good things to say about the dealership and the sales associates! So kudos!) More

Our new Toyota is loaded with new technology. Ali took much time with us answering our questions as well as demonstrating to us many features that would be useful to us. She set up our Iph6, blue tooth, and voice feature on the audio. Ali introduced us to the service dept. parts dept. and Ms. Elsie Macmillan. A first for us when purchasing a car through a dealership. I would also like to mention that Brian Moldenauer and Scott were extremely helpful through the purchase process.
