Okay Sales Dept, Superb Service Dept We recently purchased a vehicle from Sierra Toyota and were a bit disappointed by our experience with the Sales Dept. We ended up working with two dif We recently purchased a vehicle from Sierra Toyota and were a bit disappointed by our experience with the Sales Dept. We ended up working with two different sales people and although extremely friendly, they were not very knowledgeable about the vehicle. During our test drive, my husband and I had to ask question after question, rather than being told about the features. Also, when it came time to be shown how our vehicle features worked, both sales people could not answer basic questions. Something else that was rather disappointing was that the owner did not come over to thank us or congratulate us on our new purchase (even though she was walking around). We have purchased Toyotas from two other dealerships and have been thanked and even given small gifts, such as a restaurant gift certificate, doormat, and cookies. From Sierra Toyota we didn't even receive a 'thank you.' What does keep us coming back to Sierra Toyota is the amazing service we receive at the Service Dept. The staff working service is helpful (going out of there way to solve problems), friendly and easy to deal with. Thank you Service Dept.! More

I was a bit down hearted, being between vehicles, and was thinking I would have to come in and settle for a car I really didn't want just as a means of transportation. Marvin and Brian did a fantastic job of not only helping me a nicer car than I thought I could get but Brian was able to get me a great deal. No matter how many options I turned down, Marvin remained patient and he never made me feel like I was wasting his time. When they sold me my Nissan they seemed more excited that they were able to help me out than they were to make a sale. I've been driving this car for about two weeks and I couldn't be more ecstatic.
