I told him what I was looking for (used car) and he escorted me to several vehicles that fit what I had told him I required. After selecting two to test drive, he went "above and beyond" by assisting me in loading and unloading my husband's walker. He answered all questions I asked him. He was extremely responsive when the decision to buy a car he had shown us; kept assisting me and answering questions that came up. I have never had such a wonderful experience in a car dealership. At the time of purchase (when Mr. Allen came with final paperwork), the owner came and not only congratulated/thanked me and my husband, she stayed and visited for a period of time. Everyone I encountered there were extremely pleasant and cheerful. More
