We feel the foreign make cars are of superior quality and craft. Prior to visiting this dealer we searched in Tucson, Phoenix and other dealers in Sierra Vista; however, we found the Sierra Toyota dealership to be superior compared to others. The salesman listened to our needs, and took the entire day showing us three vehicles. Marvin was extremely knowledgeable of the products and was able to articulate features of the vehicles with ease and confidence. He was also polite, respectful and non-pressuring. The bottom line, we ended up with the truck we wanted, it is beautiful and I am sure their service department will help us take care of it over the years. I would also like to thank Char who also gave us our original test drive, she was just a pleasure to work with and was able to respond to all of our questions as well. The salesman (Ry'n) at Sierra Toyota did not pressure me at all - it was actually a fun experience in purchasing my 2015 Camry from Sierra Toyota. The owner of the dealership even came over to introduce herself to me which showed me that Sierra Toyota really cares about their customers. Great experience in purchasing - hopefully - my last car!
