When I found the Avalon that I wanted at Sierra Toyota, in Sierra Vista Az (we lived 75 miles away in Tucson) I contacted them and was very upfront about my feeling of working with sales people and the back and forth on the price. I asked for the best/bottom price and as soon as the haggling started, I would be done! Frank was our sales person and came through with a fair price the first time. We traveled to the dealership the next day, still a little reluctant on the hard sales approach we might incounter. To my amazement, the whole experience was great! Frank (salesman) and the Brian (finance guy) were very courteous and helpful WITHOUT any sales pressure!! I would definitely buy from that dealership again. Debbie H Tucson,Az 2-13-16. We ordered our truck exactly the way we wanted it based on his advice. We didn't even know we could do that, and it was a large part of our decision to buy. We traded in a 2012 Toyota Sienna, that we bought from Mr. Flores, and received a fair trade in value along with a fair price for the new truck. Their service department is also excellent; and that was also a large part of us doing business with Sierra Toyota. More
