When he was done showing us this Sienna and explaining some of the features we were not really sure how we would leave without the van! We had a trade-in we were upside down on, but he managed to work with us so that we received a loan with a down payment. The van had literally arrived on the lot that morning, so we had to wait a few days for them to clean it up. Of course it looked like new when we picked it up. The entire staff was helpful. We believe in the Toyota brand and had a hassle-free time buying the van. Thanks! More

While my husband looked for another sales person . I went over and looked at the Rav 4 . Dean walked over and said I could get in and look at it and sit in it. We took it for a test drive and we loved it. From that point on Dean gave us great customer service and was polite with no pressure to purchase a vehicle .I do want to add that I am 4'11 and Dean showed me the lever to bring the seat higher and the steering wheel closer so I am able to drive comfortable and safe.Dean made sure we were comfortable in the vehicle..On Monday we decided to go back and purchase the vehicle. Dean went through the vehicles manual thoroughly and the 2 year warranty on the vehicle, After signing the paper work(which was not a long process), Dean took us out to our new Rav 4 and showed us how to hook up our phones ,how to open the trunk and the seating in the back.
