Before them we dealt with the other major dealer in town and they there is no comparison with the level of trust we have and customer satisfaction we get with Sierra Toyota. Purchase Under Stress Having purchased a 2013 Highlander from this dealership, I was very pleased with their professionalism and customer service. Since that purchase, my Having purchased a 2013 Highlander from this dealership, I was very pleased with their professionalism and customer service. Since that purchase, my wife was diagnosed with Stage III cancer requiring Chemo and Radiation treatments. As the cancer progressed and she became weaker, she was no longer able to climb up into the Highlander. In one day, between 160 mile round trips for treatment, this dealership worked with me to trade the Highlander for a 2014 Avalon which would be easy for my wife to enter/exit, and make for a more comfortable ride to and from treatment. I received excellent service and prompt processing completing the sale in only a few hours of arriving at the dealership. They took a team approach (salesman, sales manager, and financial officer) and put together a very fair trade-in allowance and best financing. Of particular note, Mr. Marvin Morris, Sales Consultant, and Mr. Ross Leffelman, Certified Sales Manager, were both fair, compassionate, and understanding of my needs, to include a very time sensitive parameters to complete the transaction.
