I tryed Tucson toyota at first, & they could not locate the color I was after,(Spruce Mica.) They informed me Toyota would not build this color just for me, as only so many would be made. They suggested I buy thier white Toyota Tacoma, let them strip it down, & re paint it to my color. I got so frustrated, I left! But I had an inkiling to try Sierra Vista Toyota. They confirmed this color was no where to be found also. However, a good Service Advisor by the name of Carlos, said if I can wait, Toyota would build my truck to my specifications. I said OK. We settled on a price before the order went through. In less than 6-weeks time Carlos gave me a call, & said your truck is in. Now thats what I call service! No gimmicks, no hassels, an honest deal! I talked with Carlos Flores, Mark Weeks and Elsie McMillan over the past six months about purchasing a Toyota . Mr. Flores was very friendly and helpful. We test drove the Prius C which they had on their lot. He additionally allowed us to drive a Silver 2013 Prius level 5 also in stock. Mr. Flores was very knowledgeable about the Toyota Prius, answered all our questions about the vehicle and the warrantee/service that Toyota would provide then located the Barcelona Red 2014 Prius level 5 which we had requested (color). He had the vehicle delivered to Sierra Toyota, it was serviced and then he spent a significant amount of time teaching us about the features (safety and technology) of the Toyota Prius. He also introduced us to the service department staff at Sierra Toyota, gave us a tour of that area as well as describing how to bring our new Toyota in for servicing when that time arrived. Sierra Toyota is a extremely well run automobile agency as apparent by the cleanliness of the service facility, the friendliness and knowledge of the staff. I would highly recommend Sierra Toyota to anyone purchasing an automobile. More

I have never seen so many great looking used cars( pre owned) as they have at Sierra Toyota. We agreed upon a price and the whole transaction took less than an hour. Picked up the freshly washed and detailed vehicle this afternoon and drove it home. The vehicle looked so good that my friends thought it was a new Explorer, and was even more amazed to learn it was 4 years old. Sounds great, runs great and looks great, what else can you ask for. Do yourself a favor and shop Sierra Toyota, you won't regret it. More

Frank was the first to greet us and very patient and helpful and through him our trade-in and purchase of a new Toyota Tacoma went very smooth. He was able to answer all of our questions and seemed to go to no end to find us what we were looking for. Scott took us through the finance portion of the paperwork jungle and again another very professional and patient individual who was able to answer any question and explain anything a customer might feel confused about without making you feel "pushed" into anything. Great experience at this very friendly and flexible dealership and I would definitely recommend it to others in the market for a Toyota. More
