There was no pressure to buy at all the entire time which made things very comfortable for us. When my wife and I finally came to the decision Jason worked effortless to make sure that we were happy and satisfied with the deal. Out of all the four vehicles we have purchased through dealers, SIERRA TOYOTA is by far the best car buying customer service I've experienced. Best and most reliable dealership ever! I have been a customer at Sierra Toyota since 1992. The reason for this is not only is Toyota the most reliable vehicle I have ever owned, but the ser I have been a customer at Sierra Toyota since 1992. The reason for this is not only is Toyota the most reliable vehicle I have ever owned, but the service is excellent. The employees at Sierra Toyota are always friendly, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to help a customer. This goes a long way toward promoting customer satisfaction. I recently looked for a new car through the internet. I got an excellent price on a 2014.5 Camry, given to me by Precision Toyota in Tucson, a much bigger company with the ability to have more latitude in making deals with new cars. I brought the price quoted me to Sierra Toyota, as I really wanted to be able to receive my routine maintenance at my local dealership. I was not expecting that they could, but I wanted to at least see. In a very short time, Andres Bracamonte, who was working with me, came back with a confirmation that I could get my new car there. Although this car is not currently available at the dealership, I was very happy that I could choose exactly how I wanted it to be. I can also have a little more time with my current 2003 Camry, which I still love driving and am sorry that I have to give up. The staff at Sierra Toyota are all so wonderful. I can't say enough about their great service, their ability to help, and the lengths they go to in order to provide the very best service possible. More

We contacted Sierra Toyota because we have had excellent service with this company in the past few years settling our daughter in the area for college. Pablo was excellent. he worked with us by long distance telephone and by email. We were able to purchase precisely the car we needed and it was promptly ready for pickup. Finance went very smoothly. Pablo diligently walked me through the many features of the new Avalon and followed up with a friendly phone call. I look forward to doing business with Sierra Toyota again. More

Not sure what you want, Carlos and Scott will be there to carefully listen to what you have to say and then answer any question you might have. They sure know their cars and you will not feel pressured or rushed. They took hours as I wandered from small cars, to mid-size cars, to trucks, and back to small cars. I test drove some cars, left, and came back with my wife to test drive some more! They never got impatient or irritated and we made sure we asked a ton of questions! Not sure about used or new, they explained that too! You can sit inside in a comfortable, clean atmosphere and discuss what you may or may not want to do. Elsie is the most friendly, pleasant, and professional dealership owner I have ever met! She treated us like family. Brian, who did the number crunching and sales paperwork was nice, professional, and also explained it all! So, what's Ultimate? The hot, 2014 Corolla S we got! It was a wonderful experience from walking on the lot to driving the new car home! Sierra Toyota Scion is a group of trustworthy professionals working as a team to take care of the customer! You passed the First test. On Friday morning my bride and I decided that we would investigate trading in our Ford Truck for a more economical vehicle. We stopped at a neighbori On Friday morning my bride and I decided that we would investigate trading in our Ford Truck for a more economical vehicle. We stopped at a neighboring dealership, we walked around the lot looking at new and used vehicles for the better part of twenty minutes. While we were passing the dealership showroom there were several represenatives just standing around the showroom. Well we figured if we were not important enough to come out and greet, they weren't hungry enough for our business. We meandered back to our truck, climbed in and decided to venture to the next dealership. Having been a previous owner of a Toyota, I was glad. As we parked our truck and began to walk toward the dealership Mr. Jason Seng walked out of the show room and politely extended his hand and welcomed us to Sierra Toyota. His friendly demeanor was not threatening or insincere. We truly felt like a welcomed guest. We had a tremendously friendly conversation which during which time I told him that he had passed the first test. He looked puzzled, so I explained our previous experience. He politely explained that it was their policy to greet every visitor as if they were family. During the ensuing afternoon, we walked around, sat in various vehicles not really finding what we were looking for. We knew just exactly what we did not want, not necessarily what we really wanted. Since my bride is a tall drink of water she needs a vehicle that makes it difficult to actually find one that really fits her tall frame. Then, suddenly Jason spotted a Prius and recommended that we take a good close look at it. Since we have a friend who owns a Prius that she purchased from Sierra Toyota she reminded us to consider buying a Prius. Polly Lightner and Joanne have traveled all over the countryside in her Prius, so when Jason showed us the used Prius on the lot. We fell in love with it. Since the value of our Ford F-350 Super Duty left us with a serious residual, Jason informed us that evening by phone that there was just no way that the bank would write the note. However, he asked us to please return on Saturday morning at 9:30 to discuss another vehicle that may just fit our situation. On Saturday morning Jason was busy with another customer so we were led to an office, on the way there we were intercepted by Ms. Elsie MacMillan, Joanne and Elsie visited together discussing the Jewelery they were each wearing in a very sincere and interested manner that really helped to break the ice and make our visit seem all the more like members of the Sierra Toyota Family. When Jason was free a few minutes later he directed us to the vehicle he though we might really like. However, it was a Buick! I explained to Jason that I really was not interested in any General Motors products. During our conversation that morning we went back to the Prius, we had already make up our minds on the vehicle we wanted. We had already seen it, test drove it and went home to think it over. I asked Jason what it would take for us to drive it home today? Jason politely dismissed himself and returned a few moments later to tell us that we would need a larger down payment. I asked him how much to which he said it would need an additional $2,500 dollars. To which I ask him? Well why didn't you say so. We can do that, where do I sign. The rest in history. Early Saturday afternoon, May 10th we became members of the Sierra Toyota Family. We are glad to be home. Thanks Jason. Thank you Ms. Elsie. You've got a tremendous salesmen in Jason. He really deserves a hardy pat on the back. And Ms Polly Lightner deserves a free oil change, afterall she's the one who really opened our eyes to the value of a Prius. Owners are your best asset. In 1984, I purchased my first Toyota, it was Toyota's first van. I loved it, it was just like riding in the Lost in Space land rover. We owned it it for almost 11 years and over 330,000 miles. Who knows it may still be on the road, 20 years later. We are glad to be home again. More

However, due to Mark's excellent, no pressure, salemanship we traded in a Prius for a new 2014 Camry hybrid. The whole process from beginning to end was seamless. The only hard part was waiting for the paperwork to be completed. Once the paperwork was done, Mark gave us a very detailed run down and explanation on how to work the auto information center, he paired our phones with the bluetooth in the car, and showed us several other features and how to operate them. All in all, this was an amazingly painless procedure from driving onto the lot to driving away with a new car. Thanks Sierra Toyota!! More

After we finally ordered our truck he kept us informed on a regular basis on the status of our order. When our truck came in he went over all of the features on it from bumper to bumper very patiently. He also made a follow up call a couple of days later, after we took the Tacoma truck home, to see if there were any questions and to see how we like it so far. We had already bought a Prius V two years ago so we were familiar with the service department personnel at Sierra Toyota. More
