We ordered a business vehicle from Marvin at Sierra Toyota due to a colleague's recommendation of both the vehicle and the salesman. He was able to locate a vehicle that was currently on route from the factory to another dealership, arrange a dealer trade and had it delivered to Sierra Toyota instead. The process was very easy and Marvin was kind and attentive when we met him to finalize the paperwork and pick up the vehicle. More

When we pulled up Frank met us and made every effort to determine our needs. Even with a couple cars having problems he was able to find what we were looking for. I offered to come back on Saturday so that Marvin could go home to his family however he advised me that he was happy to stay until my boyfriend arrived and all of the paperwork was finished. Marvin not only answered all of my questions, he also answered all of of my boyfriend's questions. After questioning Sierra Toyota's business practices, Marvin informed me that Sierra Toyota does not allow people to take cars home and then call them a week later to tell them that they do not qualify for a loan. He informed me that Sierra Toyota does not practice business like the other auto dealership in town which made the buying process so much easier and less stressful. Ross was extremely easy to talk with, very nice and he answered all of my questions, no matter how odd they were. Ross also confirmed what Marvin stated about how Sierra Toyota does not practice business like the other auto dealership in town does. Both Marvin and Ross were a pleasure to deal with.
