We never felt pressured, rushed or manipulated - that cannot be said of many car dealerships in my experience. Every time I enter Sierra Toyota all the staff is have courteous and welcoming. When this one had sold prior to my arrival, I chose another Camry to test drive. Fell in love with the Camry and Neta was wonderful because there was absolutely no pressure to purchase. We were met by other employees with courteousness and a helpfulness. When I went back to purchase the vehicle, it was very easy since I was paying cash for the vehicle. The whole transaction took about 1/2 hour. After the papers were signed, the owner, Elsie came over and welcomed me to the Toyota family. I will definitely recommend this dealership in the future!
