Jason Seng patiently provides excellent customer service by providing pertinent car information, which allows you to make an informed decision without pressure. This is my second encounter with Jason by purchasing a previous vehicle. Jason is patient, personable, and genuinely conveys an interest in finding the car shopper just what they are looking for in a vehicle. Once again, I was able to find the perfect car. Scott, who handled the financial transaction, was very friendly, and thoroughly explained requirements. Scott provided great customer service, and went out of his way to assist applying for a refund from ADOT. My husband and I were introduced to Elsie Macmillan, which also was a pleasurable experience. We've been shopping for a replacement vehicle for our trips back and forth from our 2nd home. Having done quite a bit of on-line research we had narrowed the choices to a few models. He recommended that I get in touch with Marvin Morris (he was our salesperson for my wife's Toyota Celica 7 yrs ago) so I was comfortable reestablishing contact with Marvin and Sierra Toyota. I was initially interested in 'checking out' a new or slightly used Highlander but found the 2012 Chevrolet Traverse fit all the criteria that I told Mr. Morris. Sierra Toyota is like no other dealership I have worked with. All of their employees are friendly, helpful and considerate of my time. At no time did anyone pressure me to buy a car or treat me as nothing with. All of their employees are friendly, helpful and considerate of my time. At no time did anyone pressure me to buy a car or treat me as nothing more than a sale. The main sales person I dealt with, Mark Weeks, treated me with respect and gave me the best offer up front. I went to two other dealerships (Lawley Ford and Donovan Dodge) in Sierra Vista to compare vehicles because I was not sure what I wanted. Neither of those dealerships gave me their best offers up front. As a matter of fact, their original offers were terrible and both kept asking me if I would make the deal that day. This happened even after I informed them that I was simply making comparisons and not ready to buy just yet. Donovan Dodge called me three times within an hour after I left their dealership and changed their offer each time trying to get me to commit. I had to shut my ringer off! After visiting the other two dealerships, I knew what my choice would be. I have purchased several cars from Sierra Toyota in the past and will continue to do so. As a matter of fact, I've been wondering why I ever went anywhere else. In summary, Sierra Toyota has the best customer service I have ever seen! More
