My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle, and we had already narrowed it down to the Venza or the Rav 4. We drove both, and had a hard time choosing, so with Marvin's wisdom he helped us and we e we had already narrowed it down to the Venza or the Rav 4. I have NEVER had as much fun at a dealership as I did at Sierra Toyota. We got to meet the owners Paul (who has a very nice Mercedes I might add) and Elsie. They are great people, and they have a great staff. This is the second vehicle we purchased in recent months at Sierra Toyota, and it will not be the last. In fact I plan to purchase a Tundra in the near future, and Marvin will play the part of the sales man. Then Scott Allen went over our contract with us, helped us understand things, and was just awesome in the way he treated us. This is actually the third vehicle we have purchased at Sierra Toyota, and every single time has been nothing short of amazing for us, we will be back to get that Tundra. Carlos Flores , in my opion, is a great salesman. I spotted the Avalon when our Highlander was being repaired and fell in love with it. But my husband did not want another car. There were people at their desks BUT Carlos was the ONLY one to get up and ask if he could help. After that I talked to my husband and got him in to see the car. Carlos is a gentleman, not caring if I was a little grandma. He spoke to me as well as my husband. He was extremely informative and if he did not know the answer he found out. I found the truck on a Saturday. The Dealer was about 100 miles away. The truck had everything I was looking for and at a great price. I said to the manager that I could be there on Monday. I have dealt with Marvin previously, about 5 years ago he sold me a new Toyota Yaris, which I still have to this day. He made such a good impression on my family and I back then, we had to come back. The best thing about Sierra Toyota is they will get a vehicle for you if it isn't on their lot. I've bought two vehicles from them because of this. No other Toyota dealership in my area comes close to vehicle for you if it isn't on their lot. I've bought two vehicles from them because of this. I also liked that they don't try to sell you add-ons like window tinting, theft protection, etc. The buying experience was really made easy for us with the Consumers Report Guaranteed Savings Certificate. The only problem I had with the buying experience was I was awaiting a call that they could get me the vehicle I wanted. When the call didn't come on the designated day I considered another vehicle at another dealership assuming they couldn't get the one I wanted. When I contacted Sierra Toyota to check they got right back to me confirming they had the vehicle. I'm happy with the price, customer service, and my new vehicle.
