My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle, and we had already narrowed it down to the Venza or the Rav 4. They are great people, and they have a great staff. This is the second vehicle we purchased in recent months at Sierra Toyota, and it will not be the last. In fact I plan to purchase a Tundra in the near future, and Marvin will play the part of the sales man. Then Scott Allen went over our contract with us, helped us understand things, and was just awesome in the way he treated us. This is actually the third vehicle we have purchased at Sierra Toyota, and every single time has been nothing short of amazing for us, we will be back to get that Tundra. Carlos Flores , in my opion, is a great salesman. I spotted the Avalon when our Highlander was being repaired and fell in love with it. But my husband did not want another car. There were people at their desks BUT Carlos was the ONLY one to get up and ask if he could help. After that I talked to my husband and got him in to see the car. Carlos is a gentleman, not caring if I was a little grandma. He spoke to me as well as my husband. He was extremely informative and if he did not know the answer he found out.
