The best thing about Sierra Toyota is they will get a vehicle for you if it isn't on their lot. I've bought two vehicles from them because of this. I also liked that they don't try to sell you add-ons like window tinting, theft protection, etc. The buying experience was really made easy for us with the Consumers Report Guaranteed Savings Certificate. The only problem I had with the buying experience was I was awaiting a call that they could get me the vehicle I wanted. When the call didn't come on the designated day I considered another vehicle at another dealership assuming they couldn't get the one I wanted. When I contacted Sierra Toyota to check they got right back to me confirming they had the vehicle. I'm happy with the price, customer service, and my new vehicle. Carlos answered all our questions, showed us the vehicle features and gave us some breathing room. We really enjoyed working with Carlos and he was the first car salesman who my wife told me she liked, which is an astounding statement. There was no pushing of the extras we have gotten everywhere else. This was also the first time we have ever had the finance department not try to push extended warranties or other add ons on us.
