We did not need a new car but my granddaughter and her military husband needed a car quickly since they live at FT. IRWIN ,CA in the middle of no where. and had no reliable transportation.We decided to give them our 2004 PRUIS which has been serviced by Sierra Toyota since 2007 and was in great shape.I called Pablo and told him we needed to look at all PRUIS models and the Camry..That afternoon we went to the dealership and Pablo had the cars ready for us to look at.My wife decided she liked the SLE model with no sun roof and a lighter exterior. We went into the dealership and they located the car quickly and a fair agreable price was reached.The car needed to be shipped in and they promised to have in the following week but would try very hard to get it sooner since we needed to take the Pruis to CA. Pablo called us Friday and said it was delivered and we picked it up SAT morning with the paperwork done quickly and Pablo went over all the features with us and off we went. We also liked it when Scott brought the financing paperwork to Pablo`s desk rather than us being sent to another office to handle the paperwork. We did not get bombarded with all kinds of add ons by Scott. To wrap this up ****** The best car buying experience we have had in our 46 years of marriage and proving you don`t need to go to Tucson to buy a TOYOTA. More

Dave Bradley was very helpful and did not pressure us. He was very knowledgeable and if there was something he did not know, he found out for us. We are in the process of cancelling it through Sierra Toyota and refinancing through the credit union. Overall....a very good experience. Nice folks. More

Our visits to Sierra Toyota where we had never done business previously, from initial looking through purchase, were nothing short of wonderful. A major part of that was their sales rep, Pablo Xibille, business previously, from initial looking through purchase, were nothing short of wonderful. A major part of that was their sales rep, Pablo Xibille, and the way he interacted with us. Pablo always greeted us with a warm smile making us feel welcome and important and he took the time to thoroughly answer every question we had. He knew his products and was also a big help guiding us through our decisions when their were options to consider. We felt relaxed with him and he gained our trust and confidence. The Prius is our first Toyota. We wanted to be more "green', save money on fuel, and have a stylish reliable car. Several of our co-workers drive Prius, and we knew the great reputation of Toyota quality, but we didn't have any personal experience with either. So we had a lot of questions for Pablo and for about two weeks he answered all of them. That combined with our other research, the financing options from Toyota, and the Prius warranty convinced us that this was the right car for us and that this was the right dealer to get it from. It may be early in our journey with Sierra Toyota and the Prius, but we are very happy with our decision and look forward to being a loyal future customer there. I saw an ad on one of the on-line sites for a particular pre-owned Rav 4. I contacted the dealership by email and within minutes Mark Weeks was in contact with me. We exchanged many emails during the ensu pre-owned Rav 4. I contacted the dealership by email and within minutes Mark Weeks was in contact with me. We exchanged many emails during the ensuing two weeks. He was always prompt in replying to my emails, questions and concerns. We'd essentially agreed on a price before I even met him or taken the car for a test drive. I arrived at the dealership and found an affable young man, eager to accomodate my vehicle needs, but not at all pushy (I later had an interaction with another of the salesmen, whom if he'd been my point-of-contact, I don't think I'd have bought from the dealership). The paperwork was quickly drawn up and both Mark Weeks and Ross Leffelman were easy to work with. The process - although I had dreaded it immensely, was simple and well handled from begining to end. I was immediately contacted by a very nice and professional lady named Neta Laquey who sent me a complete listing of all the equipment on the truck and a break down of the cost. After reviewing the info received I decided to buy the vehicle and advised Ms. Laquey that I wanted to make the purchase; from this point on I was kept informed of the purchase and at no time did I feel pressured to buy the truck. What a pleasant experience it was to buy a vehicle and not feel constantly hassled about the purchase, I would highly recommend Ms. Laquey, as well as Mr. Brian Moldenauer, who handled some of the paperwork, for their wonderful customer service and without a doubt I would recommend Sierra Toyota to my friends and family.
